I am a licensed clinical social worker in California, Arizona, and Nevada, using my doctorate degree in counseling psychology to work with individual clients. I have been a licensed therapist for 11 years and have been involved in mental health counseling for 23 years.

A lifetime resident of California, I understand the struggles individuals in the community can face and am invested in helping people find pathways to positivity in their lives. A natural curiosity about human behavior motivated me to complete my education. A desire to help others has kept me invested in psychology, social work and supporting the mental health of my community.

Throughout my career, I have worked in crisis settings, including emergency rooms and with law enforcement, responding to emergency calls that involve someone having a mental health crisis. I have also worked in home health settings. Currently, I see clients at my office in Santa Fe Springs, CA and specialize in working with clients who have a history of trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, anxiety and depression.
